A steady place for counselling, supervision, and the care of people who care for others

Sanctuary Counselling and Supervision offers calm, thoughtful support for people navigating change, grief, growth, leadership, and the complex demands of caring, leading, and living well.

This is a space for careful conversation, honest reflection, and finding a steadier path forward.

There are seasons in life when we need more than advice. We need space — to speak honestly, to make sense of our experience, and to find a steadier way forward.

Sanctuary Counselling and Supervision is a reflective practice offering counselling, couples support, and professional supervision for adults, pastors, chaplains, careers, and helping professionals. It is a place for careful conversation, practical insight, and deeper integration.

How We can help

COUNSELLING

Narrative-informed, trauma-aware counselling for people seeking clarity, healing, healthier patterns, and a more grounded way of living.

COUPLES

Thoughtful, structured support for couples wanting to strengthen communication, work through tension more constructively, and build healthier patterns in their relationship. As an accredited Prepare/Enrich facilitator, I also offer a practical framework to help couples identify relationship strengths, growth areas, and shared dynamics.

SUPERVISION

Reflective supervision for clergy, chaplains, careers, counsellors, and helping professionals who want ethical clarity, healthy boundaries, resilience, and depth in their work.

SOUL SANCTUARY

Practical training and community events for everyday people who want to grow in their capacity to listen well, support others wisely, and care with confidence. Soul Sanctuary is the training arm of this practice.

A whole-person approach

My work brings together story and structure, reflection and movement, soul care and practical skill. I draw on narrative therapy, CBT, trauma-informed practice, and decades of pastoral and leadership experience.

This is not rushed or formulaic work. It is careful, grounded, and responsive to the person in front of me.

This may be a good fit if you are...

Navigating grief, change, burnout, or uncertainty

Carrying responsibility for others and feeling the strain

Seeking counselling that is thoughtful, reflective, and trauma-aware

Wanting supervision that supports sustainable, ethical practice

Wanting support as a couple to strengthen communication and relational health

Looking for a calm space to think, process, and move forward

Soul Sanctuary —

Equipping people to care well

Some of the most significant care people receive doesn't come from a professional. It comes from a friend who listens, a family member who shows up, a colleague who notices.

Soul Sanctuary is the training and community arm of this practice — offering accessible, practical events for everyday people who want to support those around them with greater confidence and wisdom.

Let's begin with a conversation

Whether you are seeking counselling, couples support, supervision, or simply want to explore whether this is the right fit, a discovery call is a gentle place to begin.
